LESSON 1
When getting your first clients there are a few things that you want to remember. You shouldn't worry about making money right from the start. Instead you should want to focus on perfecting your craft and getting content. This is a great opportunity to get testimonials and before and after photos so that you can use them to sell in the future.
Here are some helpful guidelines that will help you get your first clients:
• Ask friends and family first
• Don't charge for your first one or two procedures
• Have everyone sign liability forms
• Show them your feedback and test results
• Practice selling the procedure
• Be excited when you talk about it
• Explain the benefits clearly
• Show them procedure results
Skyn Aesthetics Groups has certain standards for video submissions. You do not need a crew with high end cameras, but there are some things you may need to make sure your submission quality is appropriate.
Here are some of the things you will need to keep in mind:
• Use a high-quality cell phone
• Have someone hold the camera for you
• Get before and after photos
• Get a client testimonial to use for marketing
• Be sure they move around so that your hands are not blocking the procedure
• Make sure the camera person wipes cellphone lens prior to filming
• Be sure to be using proper cleanliness in the videos- gloves, sanitation, facial mask, attire, etc.
• Make sure you’re talking all the way though the procedure
• The room should be well lit. Use a ring light or additional room lighting.
Please create a feedback video. This exercise will help you get comfortable talking about the treatments as well as give us valuable feedback on how we can improve the course. Answer the following questions in your video:
1) What did this training course do for me?
2) What results did I see from the procedure?
3) What did/will this procedure do for your business?
4) Would you recommend this course to others?
